As a graduate of 200-hour Inner Power Yoga or Paramparā Immersion, you are invited to continue your journey through INTEGRATION | 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Studies, deepening your practice, refining your voice and bringing your unique and authentic vision into the world.
In recognition of the path you have already traveled, we are pleased to extend a special graduate tuition of $2,400.
Integration is the third bend in Paramparā. You return to the Studies with more experience in your body and a more active place in the circle.
The questions become more personal: What do you trust? Where do you lose your footing? What has life asked you to learn firsthand? What are you ready to offer from experience?
Through the Leadership Compass, mentorship and practicum, you begin shaping work that can stand on its own—something useful, practiced and ready to carry forward.
Tuition includes twelve Yoga Studies weekends, twelve Virtual Salons, REVIVAL + GATHERING, the DIŚĀ Leadership Compass, four individual mentorship conversations, guided independent study, and teaching practicum.

Across twelve Yoga Studies, we explore the philosophical foundations, embodied practices, psychological dimensions and living traditions of yoga. Through shared inquiry, mentorship, teaching practicum and the four directions of the DIŚĀ Leadership Compass, you develop the discernment and confidence to teach from your own unique bhāva.
The journey culminates in MĀRGA | Path, where your learning takes form through the expression of your Voice and Vision.
The year includes:
Total: 300 hours.
Complete the 300-hour curriculum with an RYS 300 certificate, stronger teaching skills and a body of work shaped through practice and feedback.
Graduates who have also completed an RYS 200 may apply for the RYT 500 credential.
