ENROLLMENT details >Each Study is a complete portal organized around a central question or body of teaching. Enter through the videos, then move among the workbook, readings and practices in whatever rhythm serves the material. Some people work steadily over several weeks. Others keep a Study open across an entire season.
Your access does not expire. Return whenever a new experience, teaching or question brings the material forward again.
When you are ready to move through all nine Studies within a live community, Initiation offers the complete 100-hour guided pathway.
An Independent Study may also become part of a personalized one/one course of mentorship.
Private Mentorship combines selected Studies with twelve one/one sessions for a deeper, individualized guided path of study and professional integration.
Independent Studies are for people following a particular question, text or practice who want room to study without joining a scheduled program.
You may be new to Yoga, returning after years of practice or teaching already and searching for a fresh way into familiar material. Choose one Study or gradually make your way through all nine.
